On March 17th we’ll be officially launching our new online Certified Cognitive Reflex Conditioning Practitioner Course! The certification program offers the latest neuroscience tools to help coaches, psychotherapists, psychologists, and performance experts help their clients to easily condition their beliefs to become aligned with their goals.
As a Certified Cognitive Reflex Conditioning Practitioner you’ll be licensed to teach the four steps of Cognitive Reflex Conditioning to your clients to help them re-program how they think about their goals, how they feel about their lives, and how they use their imagination to create new expectations that are aligned with their intentions. Do you have any roadblocks in your life right now? If you’re like most people you probably have a few, and you’ve probably had the same ones for a lot longer than you wish you’ve had them. Have your roadblocks out-worn they’re welcome? Right, they we’re never invited, you may be thinking. Actually, believe it or not, most of the psychological roadblocks you have right now, you’ve invited into your head!
Let’s have a mini-lesson on Hypnolinguistics to learn more about roadblocks! Let’s look at your relationship with money, for example. You may have always been in debt or have always struggled financially. And then there is Oprah, who not only doesn’t need a last name, she doesn’t have any roadblocks related to her relationship with money.
If we were to take some time and study the words you have used to create associate patterns of thoughts, associate patterns of feelings, and associate patterns of beliefs about the topic of money we would see a very different relationship when compared to similar patterns with Oprah.
You see, words are saturated with feeling. Each time we think of a thought, it triggers a feeling that creates a belief. This process creates neuro-pathways that eventually trigger responses which mirror the mood and expectation of this process. The problem is most people are, to say the least, oblivious to this process, and with good reason. You see, our frontal cortex, which represents our conscious mind, isn’t fully developed until we reach the age of somewhere between twenty-five and thirty years of age. Ahh! No wonder so many people are so confused you may be thinking! Well, now you know why!
Did you know that the average person today loses their attention every 6-8 seconds. According to one recent Harvard study most people are not aware of their thougthts 47% of the time. If you want to start removing the roadblocks that you’ve created in your life you can first become more aware of your thoughts and how they create and attract like-minded thoughts. Eventually your self-talk becomes automated to reflect your dominate thought patterns, and if you haven’t been paying attention then you may not like what you hear yourself say to yourself.
The greatest speakers in history all had one thing in common…they studied the greatest speeches in history. History does repeat itself. The speakers, lawyers, and politicians we actually remember have taken the time to notice how great speeches are crafted. They noticed certain patterns of the spoken word and they re-affirmed what they noticed as they studied the written words of the greatest speeches in history. When you get right down to it, it all comes down to how words are framed, positioned, and colored. If you know how to do this, I’m sure we’ll be hearing from you! The next Hypnolinguistics 5 Week Course starts on August 10th!
